ROAD2CYBER & THE ECSO SKILLS SUMMIT
Road2Cyber is a pan-European initiative created by ECSO and Women4Cyber that supports individuals throughout their cybersecurity journey. It serves as a meeting point for skills development and talent acquisition, offering access to a community of over 1,500 cybersecurity talents.
The ECSO Skills Summit is the annual event bringing together ECSO Members and relevant stakeholders of the ecosystem to discuss and create meaningful synergies around all topics related to the skills and human factors of European cybersecurity. The Summit combines three different activities in a single day, delivering high-level European visibility and substantial impact on talent and recruitment.
We’re excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you in strengthening cybersecurity skills across Europe. The ECSO Skills Summit will feature:
- ECSO Skills Foresight Council [09:00 – 13:00]: the ECSO Skills Foresight Council will bring together for its annual in-person meeting experts from industry, academia, and policy to reflect on how the European cybersecurity skills capacity can be strengthened in response to fragmented national approaches, changing market needs, and key developments such as AI, dual-use technologies, and more.
- Capture the Flag competition [09:00 – 15:00]: the competition, powered by CYBER RANGES, is your opportunity to demonstrate the skills you have gained throughout your career in front of the European cybersecurity community. All eyes are on you, are you ready?
- Road2Cyber Job Fair [15:00 – 19:00]: the Road2Cyber Community is back at the heart of Europe for the 4th edition of its job fair! This event is designed to facilitate direct recruitment, promote diversity in cybersecurity, and foster industry-academia collaboration.
