Nina Olesen
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Nina Olesen is Head of Sector at the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) which she helped establish in 2016 and which is today the unique European public-private organisation focusing on cybersecurity and offering a 360° view on the rapid evolution of the digital environment. In her current role, Nina is responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to WG3 on ‘Cyber Resilience of Economy, Infrastructure, and Services’ and WG5 on ‘Education, Training, Cyber Ranges, and Human Aspects’, including overseeing ECSO’s Women4Cyber and Youth4Cyber initiatives.

Saskia Brugman G-Abril
Strategic Partnerships and Activities Coordinator
Saskia is the Strategic Partnerships and Activities Coordinator at the Women4Cyber Foundation. Joining in 2020, she coordinates projects and daily operations while fostering strategic partnerships. With a focus on cybersecurity awareness, educational initiatives, and gender-inclusive labour market access, she champions societal transformation and a diverse and inclusive cybersecurity field. Her prior roles in non-profits across Lebanon and Spain underscore her dedication to driving positive change.

Camille Montmorency
Junior Project and Events Manager
Camille is tasked with executing project and event-related activities for the Women4Cyber Foundation. She actively contributes to the implementation of EU projects and partnerships, while also providing valuable support in organising events that align with the organisation’s mission and goals. In her previous roles, she directed her endeavours towards promoting greater inclusion and empowerment for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.

Margherita Rossi
Junior Project Manager
Margherita works on projects undertaken by the foundation, actively contributing to its mission. She is also tasked with coordinating the Youth Ambassador Programme, an initiative of the Women4Cyber Foundation in collaboration with the National Chapters, designed for young women interested in representing the voice of their peers in the field of cybersecurity within their countries.

Manel Jabri
Junior Project Manager
Manel Jabri works as a Junior Project Manager at Women4Cyber, focusing on the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate project. She supports women learners across five European countries. Her responsibilities include assisting with learners’ support, tracking, engaging and monitoring their progress, and responding to enquiries. Manel has a strong interest in women’s empowerment and gender-inclusive advocacy.

Laura Martinez
Comms and Marketing
Laura is responsible for leading our marketing and communication strategy, ensuring our message is effectively shared and our impact is clearly visible. Highly creative and skilled, she brings a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and project coordination. Her innovative approach, combined with expertise in SEO, social media, and targeted campaigns, drives engagement and amplifies our presence across platforms.

Francesca Zingales
Chapters Coordinator
Francesca, with a background in Psychology and International Relations, coordinates all 31 chapters of the Foundation. Coming from both Australia and Italy, she brings a deep understanding of diverse cultures. Her empathy fosters strong relationships, ensuring effective communication and support across the organisation. Francesca aligns each chapter’s goals with the Foundation’s mission driving continuous growth.
