Recognition Award
2024
The Women4Cyber Recognition Award is assigned once a year to a selected cybersecurity company that distinguished itself for its efforts in enhancing gender diversity in the cybersecurity field, while fostering an unbiased hiring process, pay equity, and other DEI measures.
Who can apply?
The applications for the Award are open to cybersecurity companies with at least 30% of women in the workforce and/or committed to increasing the number of women and reaching gender equality. Companies, both privately and publicly held, including foreign-based ones, are invited to send their application, provided they maintain at least one office in a European country.
Timeline
Applications will open in January 2025 and close on July 15th, 2025. After the closing of the applications, the Women4Cyber Administrative Body will assess and evaluate the companies that applied and declare a winner. The winner of the Recognition Award will be announced at the Cybersecurity Conference organised by the Women4Cyber Foundation in Q4 2025, date and location TBA.
The winner of the Entrepreneurship Award will benefit from:
- A written interview to be featured on the W4C website and social media channels
- One year of unlimited advertisement of company training and job vacancies on the W4C Road2Cyber Platform & access to ECSO’s European Cyber Recruitment Initiative
- Possibility to join the Women4Cyber Mentoring programme
- Possibility of involvement in the next edition of the Cybersecurity Conference organised by Women4Cyber [speaking slot, if agenda allows]
- One year professional membership on Cyberhive, the marketplace for European cybersecurity solutions
