About the award

The Women4Cyber Foundation has joined forces with ECSO and other partners to acknowledge and celebrate the efforts of women entrepreneurs and leaders in the cybersecurity field. This award is aimed at cybersecurity companies founded or co-founded by women, or with at least 30% of women on the board that apply to pitch at the ECSO Matchmaking Events.

Application process

To apply for the Entrepreneurship Award, you need to select “yes” at the question “Would you be interested to compete for the Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Award?” in the application form of the ECSO Matchmaking Event where you would like to pitch. The applicant (and, thus, the person delivering the pitch) must be a woman, either founder, co-founder, or member of the board of the company.

The winning company will benefit from:

• A written interview to be featured on the W4C website and social media channels
• Possibility to join the Women4Cyber Mentorship programme
• Possibility of involvement in the next edition of the Cybersecurity Conference organised by Women4Cyber [speaking slot, if agenda allows]
• One year professional membership on Cyberhive, the marketplace for European cybersecurity solutions
