The Women4Cyber Declaration
All the actions of the Women4Cyber Foundation and its national chapters are intended to
foster diversity and inclusion and generate the much-needed resources to face the
increasing cyber threats and digital transformation of our society.
THE WOMEN4CYBER DECLARATION
Gender diversity and inclusion is increasingly and consistently a core part of sustainable development goals and Women4Cyber is working with its Board to ensure that Women4Cyber’s priorities and actions are implemented with a strong focus on encouraging European companies in achieving such targets. All organisations have a role to play because diversity and inclusion initiatives, as part of sustainable development goals, help increase the participation of women in the cybersecurity industry.
This Declaration represents a call to action to the entire cybersecurity community, from industry players, to governments and policy makers, to join Women4Cyber in our mission to make the cybersecurity field more diverse and inclusive.
The work of Women4Cyber is fundamental to making cybersecurity teams more efficient, to generating talent pipelines and business, and to building a cybersecurity field that is capable of responding to the growing number of cyber threats and making Europe more cyber resilient.
Lead by example and be part of the change and growth of the European cybersecurity field as we target 50/50 by 2050 to strengthen Europe’s position as a global market leader in cybersecurity.
