Women4Cyber and Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) Join Forces to Accelerate Women’s Leadership in Cybersecurity Across Europe
Women4Cyber, a passionate non-profit dedicated to promoting, encouraging, and raising awareness about women’s participation in cybersecurity across Europe, is proud to announce a powerful new partnership with the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF). EWF is a globally recognized leader advancing women in cybersecurity, risk management, privacy, governance, compliance, IT audit, and related fields.
With EWF’s strong foundation in North America and Women4Cyber’s vibrant European network, this partnership marks a major step in expanding opportunities, programmes, and research to support women’s careers in cybersecurity throughout continental Europe. The collaboration will be spotlighted at the Women4Cyber 2025 Cybersecurity Conference, showcasing joint initiatives that promote career growth, community engagement, and cross-sharing of opportunities, events, and resources.
EWF will also bring critical support for research focused on women’s representation and advancement in Europe’s cybersecurity workforce, while both organizations work together to deepen insight into the global market and evolving cybersecurity roles.
Together, Women4Cyber and EWF are set to launch strategic initiatives aimed at breaking barriers and propelling more women into leadership positions within the cybersecurity sector across Europe.
Nina Olesen, COO of Women4Cyber, highlighted the significance of this partnership: “This collaboration with the Executive Women’s Forum is a landmark moment for advancing female leadership in cybersecurity across Europe. By combining EWF’s globally recognized leadership expertise with Women4Cyber’s strong European mentorship programmes and networks, we’re not just opening doors—we’re building a launchpad for women to rise to the top of cybersecurity leadership. Together, we will fast-track a more inclusive, diverse, and resilient cybersecurity ecosystem in Europe.”
“The EWF is thrilled to bring our global corporate benefactors and membership community to Europe, increasing the outreach and connection opportunities we provide,” said Joyce Brocaglia, Founder of the Executive Women’s Forum. “By aligning missions and resources, EWF and Women4Cyber will develop impactful joint initiatives, expand international programming, and deepen global engagement. This partnership supports EWF’s international growth strategy, bringing its leadership development resources and global network to a broader audience beyond its North American base. Together, we are fostering a more inclusive, connected, and resilient industry by building bridges between regions, sectors, and emerging leaders.”
