OUR MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME IS IMPACTING CAREERS

"The Women4Cyber Mentorship Programme has been instrumental in my career growth. It helped me connect with experienced professionals and gave me invaluable resources. The interview simulation was a game-changer and played a key role in my landing a job in cybersecurity."

OUR WORK

OUR MISSION

At Women4Cyber, we are committed to closing the cybersecurity skills gap by promoting the field to women, half of the population. With Europe currently facing a shortfall of 274,000 cybersecurity professionals, our mission is more urgent than ever.

OUR IMPACT

Since we began, we’ve mentored over 2,000 women, built a thriving community of 70,000 members, and launched 13 Executive Master programmes. Our work is powered by more than 20 corporate partnerships, each helping us expand our reach and deepen our impact across Europe.

CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

Women4Cyber cannot achieve its mission alone. Corporate partnerships are the backbone of our foundation, enabling us to offer a wide range of activities, from training programmes to event sponsorships. These collaborations are essential to driving change and building a more inclusive cybersecurity landscape.

W4C’S 2026 ANNUAL CYBERSECURITY CONFERENCE

Women4Cyber is hosting its next conference in Brussels! Join us for cutting-edge discussions on cybersecurity, AI, cybercrime, and more. Connect through inspiring talks, real-world case studies, and networking opportunities. A VIP C-level networking space will also be available.

WOMEN4CYBER WOULDN'T BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT OUR CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

WOMEN4CYBER CHAPTERS

We have 33 local chapters across geographical Europe. These chapters operate at a local level, providing community, support, and tailored opportunities. Find your nearest chapter, or start one if there isn’t one in your area.
