Project & Communications Intern
Location: Brussels (Hybrid: mostly on-site with up to 2 days/week remote)
Duration: 3–6 months (preference: 6 months)
Start date: As soon as possible

About the Role:
Join the Women4Cyber Foundation as a Project & Communications Intern supporting our flagship Mentorship Programme, now in its 10th edition across Europe. You will work closely with the Mentorship and Communications Managers in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with mentors and mentees (emails, FAQs, follow-ups)
- Create content: testimonials, interviews, programme highlights
- Support online events: webinars, workshops, networking sessions
- Handle administrative tasks: tracking metrics, updating documentation
- Assist communications with digital and visual assets (Canva, WordPress, Eventbrite)
You Are:
- Studying communications, international relations, social sciences, project management, or related fields
- Strong in English writing and storytelling
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Interested in mentorship, diversity, and/or cybersecurity
- Comfortable with digital tools (email, shared drives, basic event software)

Compensation:
Unpaid. Must be funded via university-accredited credits or mobility grants (e.g., Erasmus+). We provide documentation to support your application.
