WOMEN4CYBER RECOGNITION AWARD
About the award
The Women4Cyber Recognition Award is assigned once a year to a selected cybersecurity company that distinguished itself for its efforts in enhancing gender diversity in the cybersecurity field, while fostering an unbiased hiring process, pay equity, and other DEI measures.
WHO CAN APPLY?
The applications are open to cybersecurity companies with at least 30% of women in the workforce and/or committed to increasing the number of women and reaching gender equality. Companies, both privately and publicly held, including foreign-based ones, are invited to send their application, provided they maintain at least one office in geographical Europe.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications for the 2025 edition are now open!
The deadline to apply is set on June 30th, 2025. The companies will be evaluated by the Women4Cyber Administrative Body, and the winner of the Recognition Award will be announced at the Cybersecurity Conference organised by the Women4Cyber Foundation on 29-30 September in Athens, Greece.
The winning company will benefit from:
- A written interview to be featured on the W4C website and social media channels
- Possibility to join the Women4Cyber Mentorship programme
- Possibility of involvement in the next edition of the Cybersecurity Conference organised by Women4Cyber [speaking slot, if agenda allows]
- One year professional membership on Cyberhive, the marketplace for European cybersecurity solutions
