WOMEN4CYBER RECOGNITION AWARD
AWARD AND CRITERIA
The W4C Recognition Award is assigned once a year to a selected cybersecurity company with at least 30% of women in the workforce and/or committed to increasing the number of women and reaching gender equality. Companies, both privately and publicly held, are invited to send their application, provided they maintain at least one office in geographical Europe.
Who can apply?
The W4C Recognition Award is designed for larger companies, in line with the type of impact and diversity KPIs that will be assessed. SMEs and Startups are encouraged to apply for the Women4Cyber Entrepreneurship Award, which specifically recognises smaller and emerging companies.

THE WINNING COMPANY WILL BENEFIT FROM
- A written interview to be featured on the W4C website and social media channels
- Possibility to join the Women4Cyber Mentorship programme
- Possibility of involvement in the next edition of the Cybersecurity Conference organised by Women4Cyber [speaking slot, if agenda allows]
- One year professional membership on Cyberhive, the marketplace for European cybersecurity solutions
