OPENING DOORS FOR WOMEN
Through this programme, we offered, in collaboration with INCO, with the support of Google.org, and with the valuable contribution of Chapters, scholarships and support to 1000 women in France, Spain, the UK, Greece, and Ukraine to complete the Google Cybersecurity Career Certificate. This programme is designed to equip women with the skills needed to enter and excel in the cybersecurity workforce. By providing the right tools, guidance, and mentorship, we are helping them confidently navigate the world of cybersecurity.
My experience with this program has been extremely positive. I learned all the fundamentals of cybersecurity, which gave me confidence in my ability to acquire new skills. The mentorship and regular meetings made sure I never felt alone in this journey, and I found it truly inspiring to grow alongside women from diverse backgrounds. Today, I am preparing for Cisco certifications and others to strengthen my expertise, with the long-term goal of opening my own cybersecurity consulting firm.

One day, I came across a post about Women for
Cyber online, and I thought to myself, ‘That’s
what I need, let’s give it a try.’ At first, I thought
I would fail or hate it, but the more I explored and
learned, the more certain I became that this was
exactly what I always wanted to do! On top of
that, I was surrounded by women from diverse
backgrounds, which made me realize that no
matter what you've been through or where you
come from if you're passionate about something,
you can achieve it.
