She is President of RENIC (Spanish Network of Centers of Excellence in Cybersecurity Research). She collaborates as expert in working groups of the National Cybersecurity Forum and is member of the SCCG (Stakeholder Cybersecurity Certification Group) of ENISA. Finally, Ana is member of the Board of Directors of the European Cybersecurity Organisation (ECSO) and its Strategic Committee, member of the Women4Cyber Council and founding member of the Spanish chapter

Ana-Maria Matejic

Director of Cyber Security Services & Operations Delivery, Rhea Group

She is a cybersecurity practitioner with a long-standing experience in cyber risk management and transformation programs in cyber. Her experience in consulting and training delivery for various international organizations brought her in Rhea where she is responsible for positioning her teams’ cyber security expertise as a major contributor for the EU level initiatives in digital resilience. With space domain being Rhea’s DNA, Ana is also managing the programs developed with European space actors for strengthening the cyber resilience of the sector.

Anett Mádi-Nátor

President, Women4Cyber Foundation & Vice-President, Cyber Services Plc

Anett Mádi-Nátor has more than a decade of experience in strategic and administrative layers of information security and cyber defence both as a private sector subject matter expert and as a government representative. She is now responsible for Strategic Business Development at a niche cyber security service provider operating internationally. Besides, she is the President of Women4Cyber Initiative and Foundation.

Andrea Szeiler

Global CISO, Transcom

Andrea Szeiler is a mentor and the proud president of Women4Cyber Hungary.  Her passion is to help motivated women to land their dream role in IT security by mentoring them and guiding them through potential challenges which they may face along this journey. She is a regular keynote speaker in international cyber security conferences and round table discussions. She believes cybersecurity is vital for all companies, regardless of their sizes.

Carla Redondo Galbarriatu

Secretary General of the Nacional Institute for Cybersecurity, INCIBE

Carla is a law graduate and a civil servant. As a civil servant she occupied a position in the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. In this Ministry she was an advisor of the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artifical Inteligence. 

David Luengo

David Luengo is a seasoned Business & Strategy Director with 20 years of experience in Technology, Security, Business Development and Government Affairs. Graduated in Business Administration from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, and David Luengo holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs and of a Postgraduate in EU law, both from the Diplomatic School of Spain. 

Dwan Jones

Dwan Jones brings more than 22 years of experience developing and leading comprehensive strategies to engage multicultural audiences to ISC2. She has extensive experience in strategic communications, multicultural program development, organizational development and has led teams to produce impactful, large-scale initiatives that drive engagement, connection and transformative change to elevate diverse voices.

Elena Santiago Cid

Vice President at Women4Cyber Foundation & Director General at CEN & CENELEC

Mrs Santiago Cid leads the CEN and CENELEC Management Centre in Brussels and is responsible of the institutional relations with the European Commission, Council and Parliament, with the EFTA secretariat, with the third European recognised standardization body, ETSI and with the international standards organizations, ISO, IEC and ITU. Mrs Santiago Cid graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has 30 years’ experience in standardization.

Luigi Rebuffi

Graduated in Nuclear Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he initially worked in Germany on the high power microwave systems for ITER thermonuclear fusion reactor. From 2012 to 2016 he was an advisor to the European Commission for the EU Security Research Programme and President of the Steering Board of the French ANR for security research. In 2016 he founded ECSO and signed with the European Commission the PPP on cybersecurity. In 2019 he launched Women4Cyber to promote the participation of women in cybersecurity.

Maite Boyero Egido has a long experience in the analysis of technical, technological and societal needs in the fields of disaster resilience and crisis management, fight against crime and terrorism, border and external security, critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity. She holds a MSc in Telecommunication Engineering, an Executive MBA at Instituto de Empresa, and a Masters in Digital Communications at Telecom Bretagne.

Nina Olesen

Nina Olesen is Head of Sector at ECSO which she helped establish in 2016 and which is today the unique European public-private organisation focusing on cybersecurity and offering a 360° view on the rapid evolution of the digital environment. Nina is responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to WG3 on ‘Cyber Resilience of Economy, Infrastructure, and Services’ and WG5 on ‘Education, Training, Cyber Ranges, and Human Aspects’, including overseeing ECSO’s Women4Cyber and Youth4Cyber initiatives.

Roberto Baldoni served as Deputy Director General of the Italian Intelligence with the responsibility of developing the National Cybersecurity Architecture from December 2017 to August 2021.  Furthermore, he was the chief architect behind the Italian Cybersecurity Strategy released in 2022. Before this, Roberto held a Full Professor position of Computer Science at La Sapienza University of Rome from 2002.
